EPN - Ecumenical Pharmaceutical Network

The World Social Forum (WSF) is scheduled to take place in Nairobi, Kenya from 20th – 25th January 2007. EPN has partnered with Health Action International (HAI - Africa) OXFAM and Actionaid to highlight issues concerning access to medicines including pricing, affordability issues, patents etc. Activities for this session will include the screening of a film – Tiim - on street vendors of medicine in Burkina Faso. There will also be a display of publications from HAI-Africa, EPN, Oxfam and Actionaid.
