Ce rapport présente le résumé des résultats et des recommendations de l'analyse des points de départ effectuée au Rwanda en juin-juillet 2004. Parmi le travail réalisé étaient une évaluation de documentation, 10 groupes focales, 9 interviews de priorités et 9 interviews ouverts. Les lieus étaient: Kigali, Ruhengeri, Kibungo, Rutongo et Gitarama.
