     Full membership benefits

      Full membership obligations
    1. Pay the prescribed annual membership fee;
    2. Attend AGMs when possible;
    3. Keep EPN informed about any changes in contact or registration details; Share relevant information within the network through the Secretariat; Share annual reports with the Secretariat;
    4. Support implementation of EPN activities in his country whenever possible; Pay fees if required for participating in network activities;
    5. Every member of the Organization shall contribute to the assets of EPN in the event of its being dissolved or wound up while it is a member, or within one year of it ceasing to be a member.            This is for payment of debts and liabilities of the Organization contracted before it ceases to be a member, and the cost, the charges and expenses of dissolution or winding. Such sum as may be required shall not exceed the sum of Kenya Shillings One Hundred (Kshs. 100) as per the constitution.
