Just and compassionate quality pharmaceutical services for ALL

EPN enhances professionalism and governance through training, supporting faith-based health systems in delivering efficient pharmaceutical services. Our program focuses on increasing the number of trained pharmaceutical staff in member facilities, helping them meet international standards in medicine management. This ensures improved access to quality medicines and better treatment outcomes. We:

  1. Expand Participation: Increase the number of staff participating in both in-person and online training programs.

  2. Award Scholarships: Increase the number of scholarships for members, particularly those in most need.

  3. Engage Church Leaders: Raise awareness among church leaders and gain their support for training and developing pharmaceutical staff.

  4. Integrate Training Plans: Ensure more CHA members include at least one pharmaceutical training in their annual capacity-building plans.

  5. Expand Course Offerings: Increase the number of training courses offered by EPN and accredited training schools.

Through this program, we aim to strengthen the capabilities of our members’ pharmaceutical teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide high-quality healthcare.
