The outcome of this visit was the formulation of comprehensive work plans for the scholars. These plans covered a spectrum of activities, ranging from pharmaceutical systems-strengthening initiatives to infrastructural enhancements within the health facilities.

Notably, the scholars committed to serving their respective facilities during holidays and for a duration of three years post-graduation, with the view to bolster the capacity of their designated healthcare institutions to provide quality services.
