EPN, in partnership with Christian Health Association of Kenya (CHAK) , is proud to lead comprehensive Neonatal Care training for frontline healthcare workers serving in faith-based health facilities across Kenya.
This initiative, part of the Gates Foundation-funded MNCH project, focuses on building lifesaving skills for healthcare providers working in newborn and neonatal units. Using a hands-on, structured curriculum, we’re strengthening the capacity of those at the frontline to manage neonatal complications, improve survival rates, and provide quality care where it’s needed most.
Faith-based facilities play a critical role in delivering maternal and child health services, especially in underserved and rural communities. By equipping healthcare workers with the right tools and training, we’re making sure every mother and baby receives the care they deserve, regardless of location. This isn’t just a training, it’s an investment in life, in health system resilience, and in the future of our communities.
Together, we are building stronger systems and healthier beginnings.
