EPN Membership sits at the core of the activities that we engage in. Being an EPN member provides you any opportunity to enjoy a number of benefits. There unique benefits tied to each of the classifications of EPN membership.

Benefits for Ordinary Membership 

1. Be eligible for nomination and appointment to EPN’s governance structures, contributing to the network’s strategic direction.
2. Be eligible exercise your right to vote on key decisions, contributing to the governance and future direction of EPN.
3. Be eligible to participate in advisory and technical committees, influencing key programmatic and policy decisions.
4. Partner with EPN in drafting and submitting funding proposals and responding to open calls collaboratively.
5. Request technical advice and support in project implementation from the EPN Secretariat to strengthen your pharmaceutical services and project outcomes
6. EPN will have all relevant issues affecting you be given a voice at the regional and global level through EPN’s active advocacy engagements
7. Be eligible to access scholarships for diploma or degree-level pharmaceutical training for staff affiliated with your organization or have them participate in exchange visits or represent EPN in relevant fora
8. Participate in a wide range of EPN- led activities, events, and initiatives
9. Be eligible to access member-only online courses on various public health and pharmaceutical topic

Obligations of Ordinary Membership

1. Pay the prescribed annual membership fee;
2. Attend AGMs when possible;
3. Keep EPN informed about any changes in contact or registration details; Share relevant information within the network through the Secretariat; Share annual reports with the Secretariat;
4. Support implementation of EPN activities in their country whenever possible; Pay fees if required for participating in network activities;
5. Every member of the Organization shall contribute to the assets of EPN in the event of its being dissolved or wound up while it is a member, or within one year of it ceasing to be a member. This is for payment of debts and liabilities of the Organization contracted before it ceases to be a member, and the cost, the charges and expenses of dissolution or winding. Such sum as may be required shall not exceed the sum of Kenya Shillings One Hundred (Kshs. 100) as per the constitution

Obligations of Associate membership 

1. The contribution  to EPN publications, pharmaceutical topics, experience sharing)
2. Payment of membership fees
3. Participation in AGMs/meetings/webinars, sharing annual reports, joint proposal, connection with new partners/donors, mobilization of potential new members;
4. Support implementation of EPN activities in their countries whenever possible etc.
5. Inform the secretariat on changes in contact/registration details.
