Hezron Kiptalam
Hezron Kiptalam is the Communications, Membership and IT Officer at EPN. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology, he has developed expertise through professional training in business communications, digital marketing, graphic design, marketing for non-profit organizations, and various certifications in cybersecurity, networking, data protection, and ICT service management.
He has a strong background in strategic communications, digital communications, and member engagement with expertise in content development, website and social media management, newsletter and publication production, and branding and visibility initiatives. Some of his skills include stakeholder engagement, digital content management, graphic design, and communications planning, helping to strengthen organizational outreach and member participation.
Beyond communications, Hezron oversees ICT operations and digital platforms, with experience in systems administration, information security, network administration, Online Training System (LMS), IT asset management, and user support. His technical expertise enables the effective management of digital systems and infrastructure while supporting efficient service delivery and knowledge sharing.
