Senior Finance And Administration Officer
Raphael is a Finance and Operations professional with over 10 years’ experience overseeing financial and human resource operations, procurement, logistics and office administration in both private and NGO establishments. His expertise spans leading and managing budgets, financial forecasts, financial accounting processes and is adept at developing a corporate wide compliance culture with donor rules and regulations, internal policies and applicable laws of Kenya.
He holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) qualification, a Masters of Business Administration (Finance option) from Maseno University, Bachelor of Business Management (Accounting option) from Moi University, Diploma in Project Management and Planning from Kenya Institute of Management (KIM). Raphael is a member of ICPAK and Kenya Institute of Management. He also holds Professional Training Certifications in Strategic Management and Leadership from Kenya Institute of Management and Human Resource Management from Corporate Staffing and Training Services. Prior to joining EPN, Raphael served in various positions in different local and international organizations, including The Salvation Army International, Rona Foundation, Tunza Sacco Society Ltd and CARE.
At EPN, he will provide financial leadership and operational oversight with focus on streamlining financial and HR operations, optimizing procurement and logistics while ensuring compliance across departments and the organization.
