Just and compassionate quality pharmaceutical services for ALL

EPN is committed to promoting access to quality medicines and medical products especially in the faith-based health system. Yesterday, EPN renewed this commitment in a new collaboration with Unifix Care to jointly facilitate the establishment of a surgical instrument quality-control laboratory in Kenya. This critical facility will address the growing need for quality control of medical instruments in Kenya and across sub-Saharan Africa.

Through the partnership, EPN and Unifix seeks to meet international ISO standards for surgical instrument testing, ensuring that healthcare facilities in the region have access to safe, high-quality medical tools. By improving the quality and safety of these instruments, EPN and Unifix aim to enhance healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

These concerted efforts signifies EPN’s endeavor to strengthen local healthcare infrastructure, with the laboratory serving as a key resource for the region. The project will involve important milestones, including gaining policy support, and regulatory approvals.

Stay tuned as we work towards this exciting project that promises to make a lasting impact on the healthcare landscape in the region.
