The Ecumenical Pharmaceutical Network (EPN) invites the submission of abstracts for the 10th EPN Forum 2026, taking place in Lusaka, Zambia, from 5–9 October 2026, in partnership with the Churches Health Association of Zambia (CHAZ) and Pharmaconnect Africa. Under the theme “Sustainable and Resilient Health Systems for Last-Mile Access in Africa,” the Forum will provide a platform for sharing research, innovations, best practices, and lessons learned that contribute to stronger and more equitable health systems across Africa.
Sub-Themes
Abstracts are invited under the following sub-themes:
- Health Systems Transformation, Sustainable Financing & Resilience: Health financing, domestic resource mobilization, health insurance, public-private partnerships, and resilient health systems.
- Primary Health Care, Equity & Last-Mile Access: Community health systems, integrated service delivery, RMNCAH, SRHR, NCDs, infectious diseases, and equitable access to care.
- Medicines Access, Local Manufacturing & Regulatory Systems: Local pharmaceutical manufacturing, pooled procurement, regulatory harmonization, quality assurance, and medicine security.
- Digital Innovation, Health Supply Chain & Climate-Smart Technologies: Digital health, AI, telemedicine, mHealth, emergency preparedness, climate resilience, and innovative supply chain solutions.
- Clinical Stewardship, Patient Safety & Rational Medicines Use: Antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacovigilance, infection prevention and control, rational medicine use, and quality improvement.

Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts may be submitted in English or French.
- Abstracts should not exceed 500 words.
- Submissions are accepted for oral and poster presentations.
