EPN is pleased to invite registration for the 10th EPN Biennial Forum 2026, taking place from 5 to 9 October 2026 at Ciêla Resort & Spa, Lusaka, Zambia. Hosted in collaboration with the Churches Health Association of Zambia (CHAZ) and Pharmaceutical Systems Africa (PharmaConnect Africa), the Forum will convene health leaders, policymakers, pharmaceutical professionals, faith-based organizations, researchers, manufacturers, development partners, and innovators from across Africa and beyond.

Held under the theme: “Sustainable and Resilient Health Systems for Last-Mile Access in Africa,”, the Forum will provide a unique platform to exchange knowledge, strengthen partnerships, showcase innovations, and identify practical solutions that improve access to quality healthcare, medicines, and health technologies across the continent. The 10th EPN Biennial Forum comprises three key components:

  1. Pre-Conference Sessions 1 (5–6 October 2026): Leadership Policy Dialogue & Lobbying Think-Tank Workshop (Invitation only)
  2. Pre-Conference Sessions 2 (5–6 October 2026):
    • a). Using AI in Health Supply Chains
    • b). Transformative Leadership for Health Professionals
  3. Main Conference (7–8 October 2026): Featuring keynote presentations, plenary sessions, technical tracks, panel discussions, exhibitions, poster presentations, networking opportunities, and partner showcases.
  4. EPN Annual General Meeting (AGM) (9 October 2026): Bringing together EPN members to review the Network’s progress, discuss strategic priorities, and shape its future direction.

Registration Information

Registration is now open, and participants are encouraged to register early to secure their place. The registration form allows participants to indicate the Forum sessions they wish to attend, including the Pre-Conference Sessions (where applicable), the Main Conference, and the Annual General Meeting.

Early registration will also assist the Secretariat in planning logistics and ensuring a seamless participant experience.

Registration Fees

The standard registration fee is USD 1,000 per participant. This covers:

  1. Three (3) nights’ accommodation with breakfast (Tuesday, 6 October – Friday, 9 October 2026)
  2. Airport transfers within Lusaka
  3. Full-board conference package

Please note: Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their international flights to and from Lusaka, Zambia. EPN will coordinate local airport transfers and Forum logistics upon arrival.

Early Bird Registration

Take advantage of the Early Bird registration rate of USD 800 per participant for registrations completed on or before 31 July 2026. We encourage participants to register early to secure their place and benefit from the discounted rate.
